Rogers RO4350B high-frequency sheet material parameters and electrical characteristics
follow
1、 Rogers RO4350B high-frequency board has the following characteristics:
The dielectric constant (Dk: 3.48/-0.05) of Rogers RO4350B high-frequency board has strict tolerance control and low loss characteristics (Df: 0.0037 10GHz), making it easy to mass produce CAF impedance (ion migration resistance). The processing technology of RO4350B can be the same as standard epoxy resin/glass cloth.
Rogers RO4350B high-frequency board is fully compatible with traditional PCB manufacturing technology and does not require special pre-treatment for through-hole copper plating (PTFE board requires plasma treatment) or other pre-treatment processes. The solder mask process can also be ground. Compared to traditional microwave material laminates, the price is lower, so it is widely used in active devices and high-power RF designs that require a fire rating of UL 94V-0.
Rogers RO4350B high-frequency board material is a proprietary textile glass cloth reinforced ceramic filling material/hydrocarbon composite material, which combines the electrical properties of PTFE/glass cloth materials with the processability of epoxy resin/glass cloth.
2、 Rogers RO4350B board has the following characteristics:
1. Low RF loss: Df: 0.0037 10GHz;
2. Low dielectric constant: Dk: 3.48/-0.05 and fluctuates with temperature;
3. Low Z-axis thermal expansion coefficient: 32 ppm/℃;
4. Low board internal expansion coefficient;
5. Low dielectric constant tolerance;
6. Excellent dimensional stability;
7. Stable electrical characteristics at different frequencies;
8. The processing technology is similar to FR-4, and it is easy to mass produce and mix with FR4 in multiple layers, thus having a significant price competitive advantage;
9. The thickness of Rogers RO4350B high-frequency board material in regular inventory is 4mil; 6.6mil; 10mil; 13.3mil; 16.6mil; 20mil; 30mil; 60mil.
