Quality process control
1. Quality inspection and control are carried out at every stage of the production process. Such as the first article three inspection system, sampling inspection, and patrol inspection, to ensure timely detection of quality issues. If quality issues are discovered during the production process, production can be immediately stopped depending on the situation until the problem is resolved;

                                              

2. Standardize the process, continuously optimize and improve the operation process for precise production, and require accurate and meticulous production planning, predictive ability, and timely supply and delivery of the upper and lower supply chains;

3. The factory implements 5S management and visual management, rapid board replacement, lean layout (reducing handling waste), equipment maintenance and upkeep, and increased utilization rate
