Pure adhesive film is made of high adhesion polymer adhesive with a thickness of 12.5-50um. The adhesive film is a three-layer composite structural material protected by a protective film and release paper on the top and bottom respectively. As a supporting product of polyimide coated copper foil, it plays a role in surface insulation, thermal insulation protection, etc.
