According to the Shenzhen Meteorological Observatory, at 14:00 on the 23rd, the center of Typhoon Ma'an was located on Luzon Island in the Philippines, 942 kilometers away from Shenzhen. The maximum wind speed near the center was 10 levels (25 meters per second). It is expected that it will enter the northeast sea surface of the South China Sea at night on the 23rd, and its moving speed will be accelerated and its intensity will be strengthened, and it will tend to the coast of central Guangdong.
