Notice on Conducting Three rounds of Nucleic Acid Testing for All Employees in the City

 

According to the situation of epidemic prevention and control in our city, in order to effectively control the risk of epidemic transmission and spread, and effectively ensure the safety and health of the general public, the Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Command has decided to carry out three rounds of nucleic acid testing for all personnel throughout the city. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1、 All staff in the city undergo nucleic acid testing

All personnel in the city have completed various rounds of nucleic acid testing for all staff in accordance with the requirement of "no one should be missed if they need to be tested". Citizens are requested to closely monitor the nucleic acid testing time in this area, participate in nucleic acid testing at different times according to the notification of their street community, and take personal protective measures. After the test is completed, they should immediately return to their residence.

2、 Working from home in government and public institutions

All levels of government agencies and institutions in the city, except for staff responsible for epidemic prevention tasks, work from home or become community volunteers on-site, report to their residential communities, and fully participate in community epidemic prevention work and community services.

3、 Non urban security enterprises cease operations or work from home

Except for public service enterprises such as water, electricity, fuel, gas, communication, sanitation, grain, oil, meat and vegetable supply that ensure the livelihood of citizens and the basic operation of the city, as well as supply enterprises in Hong Kong, all enterprises are required to work from home and suspend production and business activities. In addition to supermarkets (including farmers' markets), pharmacies, medical institutions, and catering enterprises (only providing express delivery services) that guarantee the basic needs of citizens,All other business premises and stores are closed.

4、 Stop all unnecessary flows and activities

In addition to ensuring the transportation of urban operations and port supplies,The city's public transportation and subway services have been suspended.The city's community communities, urban villages, and industrial parks implement closed management.All personnel in the city are not allowed to leave Shenzhen unless necessaryIf there is a special need, all individuals must present a negative nucleic acid test certificate issued within 24 hours before leaving Shenzhen.

5、 Ensuring the supply of home living for citizens

Market supervision, commerce and other relevant departments, as well as supply guarantee enterprises, ensure sufficient supply and stable prices of daily necessities. Each district, street, and community shall establish specialized service guarantee teams, set up heartwarming service hotlines, and respond promptly to citizens' demands.
