On November 9th, the management training course organized by was grandly held in the conference room on the second floor. This training is aimed at further enhancing the systematic understanding of enterprise management among personnel at all levels, improving management efficiency, strengthening team building, and laying a solid foundation for the company's development and growth. The training instructor is our company's senior manager, Director Liu. The opening ceremony was presided over by Manager Jiang of the Marketing Department, and General Manager Guo of the company delivered a welcome speech.
This training course has received high attention from various management leaders, and strong support from various departments and employees of the company. More than 100 people participated in this training course, and company leaders also took time out of their busy schedules to attend the entire training. During the teaching process, everyone listens attentively and takes notes seriously.
According to the organizer's introduction, the main lecturer of this training has rich teaching experience. During the course explanation, the theory was integrated with practice, the lectures were lively and interesting, and the classroom atmosphere was very lively. Director Liu gave a unique explanation of the enterprise management structure, management practices, and execution ability, as well as the construction of an excellent team. At the same time, he emphasized that strengthening team building is the key to enhancing the systematic understanding of enterprise management among management personnel at all levels, enabling the trainees to grasp the essence of this training. During the lecture, Director Liu also discussed with everyone about issues related to enterprise management and standard implementation, which greatly benefited everyone.
On November 10th, the training ended smoothly, and the students unanimously responded positively, hoping to hold more similar trainings. After the meeting, the leaders of each team also went back to convey the spirit of this learning to their respective teams.
